Growing up in the Voluntary Benefits world, Richard prides himself and his success on having wide-ranging experience and exposure in the complex worksite marketplace. With a ‘get it done’ attitude and tenacity that knows no bounds, he is tasked with managing product development and implementation, enrollment and technology execution as well as BankersWorksite’s marketing strategy and brand awareness.

With an extensive background in broker relationship development and generation of new business in both Group and Voluntary benefits, Chris has been tasked with leading the charge on the development of BankersWorksite’s sales program and presence in the marketplace.
